Thank you for your interest in donating a vehicle, artifact, historical photograph, document, uniform or other related item to the NSW Historic Police Museum collection. The museum relies on community stakeholders to contribute to the collection and we are sincerely grateful for your generosity. 

The NSW Historic Police Museum is a not-for-profit, registered charity.  The museum’s collection is of national significance and celebrates the important and heroic history of NSW Police Force personnel  and other Emergency Services agencies across the state. Many of the items in the museum’s extensive heritage collection have been obtained from a range of Emergency Services agencies, including VRA Rescue NSW (VRA), NSW State Emergency Service (SES), NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS),  Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW), NSW Ambulance and others. 

All donation offers are considered on a case-by-case basis, existing collection holdings, conservation requirements, and storage constraints.

 Please click the DONATE ITEM Button Below or DOWNLOAD the PDF below and email to admin@nswhpm.com.au  You will be asked to include in your submission, images of the object/s you would like to donate.   Please include as much information as possible as this will assist with our assessment.

• When and how you acquired the item/s
   
• Any stories about the item or about the people connected to the item (if known)
